Within the Aguardion platform, 'devices' refers to the specific device types that your program utilizes. For example, if your organization owns five
SCRAM Remote Breath & five BI LOC8 GPS devices, you would have two listings
under 'devices' (SCRAM Remote Breath and BI LOC8 GPS) and ten unique inventory
listings (5 SCRAM serial numbers and 5 BI serial numbers).
The 'device' dashboard can be found under administration on the navigation pane. Devices should be fully configured during the onboarding process and shouldn't require frequent modification.
Contact Aguardion support before making any modifications to devices.
Packages
Packages within the Aguardion system represent a
collection of equipment required for a client to fulfill the terms of their
supervision. As such, packages can vary significantly from a simple package
utilizing a single piece of equipment (example: SCRAM Transdermal Alcohol) to
custom packages utilizing multiple categories of equipment for unusual release
guidelines or specific classes of client.
The 'package' dashboard can be found under administration on the navigation pane. Packages should be fully configured during the onboarding process and shouldn't require frequent modification unless you need to add additional daily rate options or have to adjust/add program offerings.
Add New Package
When naming a package, its recommended to utilize the same naming conventions you use on your program documentation. Select the relevant devices, and make sure to select 'active' before saving changes.
Remember, not all equipment that is part of the package has to be installed. Packages (and the corresponding daily rates) can be stacked.
