Aguardion was built from the ground up with the
user experience in mind and incorporates a mobile-friendly, dynamic interface
designed to maximize compatibility, usability and accessibility.
Navigation Pane/Menu
The navigation menu on the left side of the display forms the heart
of the Aguardion user interface. From here, you can access all the dashboards
available to your user.
‘Collapse’ allows you to hide the navigation menu, improving
usability on certain devices.
Note that the navigation menu will be minimized
by default on some tablets and mobile devices.
The ‘lock’ option allows you to lock your Aguardion session if you
need to step away from your desk. The ‘logout’ button logs you out quickly and
conveniently.
Expansion arrows next to navigation menu items indicate that more options
are hidden- selecting that menu item will expand the item.
My Account Menu
The
Account menu in the upper right part of the interface provides a variety of
options for users managing their profile. The
‘full screen’ icon allows you to maximize your view of Aguardion. This is
especially useful on smaller tablets and mobile devices. Selecting the icon in
full screen mode will revert you back to the standard view.

Filter Results
The Aguardion system utilizes a ‘filter results’ feature throughout
the system to assist users in quickly finding the information they need. Using
the drop-down menus, select as many filters as you’d like and then select
‘search’ to sort by your filters.
The the applicable filters will change
depending on the dashboard you are utilizing.
Manipulating Dashboard Objects
Many objects within Aguardion’s various dashboards can be collapsed,
expanded, customized or otherwise manipulated.
Use these icon’s to full-screen, collapse or remove an information
panel within an Aguardion dashboard.
Many of the dashboard tables in Aguardion allow
for significant customization. ‘Export’ allows you to export data in a variety
of formats to standard office applications. ‘Columns’ allows you to define the
