Release Notes - SMS Messaging, No Equipment Packages

New Features to

SMS Messaging

We have been listening! Aguardion has upgraded our SMS features and we are hopeful that they will increase the communication between you and your participants.

Participant Reply Capability!

With the ability to have full circle communication between your participants right in your Aguardion platform, communication has never been easier!
Participants can now reply straight to the SMS messages sent to them from the Aguardion platform.
There are new features to help notify and manage this new capability!

New Icon!



This icon allows you to see at a glance if there are any new messages from your participants.
You can click on the 'New Message' notification to jump straight into the participant's 'Client' page which houses a brand new 'Messages' section!

New 'Messages' Client Section



This new shiny 'Messages' accordion under the 'Client Overview' page is where you can view all the incoming and outgoing messages for the participant. 
You can 'View' and even 'Reply' to messages all in one convenient, easy to read location that are time and date stamped!

New Feature

No Equipment Packages

Aguardion has added more flexibility to your platform with the ability to assign a package without having to also assign equipment.

Using these type of packages means there is no daily rate, the participants would have to be invoiced to account for their fees and charges. 

This type of package is used most often in the case where the participant is under supervision with no equipment assigned, but the fees and data need to be accounted for.

Process

The process for creating and adding these to agencies is the same as normal packages.

Make sure you select the checkbox 'No Equipment' when creating the package.


When you add it to the agency(ies) of your choice, there will not be the option to add a daily rate since this package will not account for one.



When you create a monitoring event and assign the no equipment package, it will look very similar to when you assign an equipment package.


You must 'Install'  the event, there will not be an option to assign equipment since this is a no equipment package.



Then move the monitoring event from 'Pending' to 'Active'.
