Device and Package Management

Devices & Packages

Devices

Within the Aguardion platform, 'Devices' refers to the specific device types that the platform utilizes. For example, if your organization owns five SCRAM Remote Breath & five BI LOC8 GPS devices, you would have two listings under 'Devices' (SCRAM Remote Breath and BI LOC8 GPS) and ten unique inventory listings (five SCRAM serial numbers and five BI serial numbers).

The 'Device' dashboard can be found under administration on the navigation pane. Devices should be fully configured during the onboarding process and shouldn't require frequent modification.

Warning
Contact Aguardion support before making any modifications to the Devices list.

Packages

Packages within the Aguardion platform represent a collection of equipment required for a client to fulfill the terms of their supervision. As such, Packages can vary significantly from a simple Package utilizing a single piece of equipment (example: SCRAM Transdermal Alcohol) to custom Packages utilizing multiple categories of equipment for unusual release guidelines or specific classes of client.

When naming a Package, its recommended to utilize the same naming conventions you use on your program documentation. Select the relevant Devices, and make sure to select 'Active' before saving changes.

Warning
Note, do not use the Zero Daily Rate option without consulting with Aguardion support.

Info
Remember, not all equipment that is part of the package has to be installed. Packages (and the corresponding daily rates) can be stacked.

Alert
