Office Install Feature Release- May, 2019
You spoke and we listened! The Aguardion team is excited to announce an upcoming feature addition- Office Installs.
The Why?
In its current form, Aguardion requires a Field Service Officer (FSO) user to perform all equipment installs. While this works well for companies that have dedicated field installers, many of our customers have a mix of installation scenarios that often include an office install option.
The What?
Our new Office Install Dispatch option is designed to streamline office installs by allowing someone to dispatch a monitoring event to the office staff for install, eliminating the extra work involved with switching to an FSO Account to perform an install.
The When?
