You spoke and we listened! The Aguardion team is excited to announce numerous feature updates being rolled out on Monday, August 5th, 2019. See below for some highlights:
Additional Grant Pay Option: State Pay
The What & Why
In the system’s current form, three pay-types exist: client (offender) pay, grant pay, and partial-grant pay. Some customers have requested additional categories. In this release, we’ve added the ability to specify whether grant/partial-grant is ‘state’ or ‘county’ pay.
Note that this is a two-part enhancement; reports haven’t been updated to reflect these new categories yet. We recommend contacting customer support before using this feature extensively.
Custom Fee’s Collected at Install
The What & Why
Currently, the Aguardion system allows for an install fee to be set by agency. Some customers have indicated they would like to be able to customize the fee’s collected at install. We have added this functionality in this release.
Note that this is also a two-part enhancement: custom fee’s can be defined by agency (much like packages can), but the reporting hasn’t been updated to reflect these fee’s yet.
Criminal Charges Tracking
The What & Why
Many of our customers are required to track offender statistics as part of their agency contracts. In this upcoming release, we’ve added the ability to tag a monitoring event with the specific charge and report on it via a new ‘Criminal Charges Report’.
