'Pay to Pool' Changed to Default Feature Release- July, 2019

'Pay to Pool' Changed to Default Feature Release- July, 2019

You spoke and we listened! The Aguardion team is excited to announce a much-requested system modification- ‘Pay to Pool’ will be selected by default on the Payments screen.

The Why?

In its current form, Aguardion requires the user to select ‘Pay to Pool’ when taking a payment from an offender. By default, all payments entered will be non-pool payments unless the user selects the ‘Pay to Pool’ option. We have found that this leads to unnecessary mistakes and confusion, especially among new Aguardion users.

The What?

The system will be modified to default ‘Pay to Pool’ by default when taking a payment. If a mistake is made, it can be corrected by taking a ‘Pay from Pool’ payment type.

The When?

This system change will go live Monday, June 17th. If you have any questions, please email support@aguardion.com to open a support ticket.
