Inventory Best Practices FAQ

What best practices do you suggest for Inventory Management within the Aguardion platform?

Best practice is to move all of your inventory into the Aguardion platform and use our online tools, available 24x7, to track the lifecycle of each piece of inventory. The Aguardion system is manufacturer agnostic, meaning, you can track any item through its lifecycle.

The Aguardion system will allow you to track each item by:
  1. Device
  2. Serial Number
  3. Tracking Number
  4. Location
  5. In Inventory
  6. On Truck
  7. Lost
  8. At Manufacturer
  9. Retired
  10. Status
  11. Active
  12. Broken
  13. Repair
  14. Retired
  15. In Service Date
  16. Replacement cost
And any additional value that makes sense to your organization

Once an item is in the Aguardion inventory module you will be able to do a full physical inventory and know where each piece of inventory is, what its status is, and  the value of your entire inventory portfolio.
