Equipment Fine Invoice/Automated Equipment Fine Invoice Cancellation
In the interest of flexibility and reporting accuracy, missing equipment charges will now automatically create an invoice (as well as show in the outstanding balance). When the equipment is returned, this invoice will be voided.
Admin Fee Legacy Report
We have moved the old Admin fee to the Legacy Reports Section so its still accessible as we continue to refine the new version.
Active to In-Arrears Status Changes
Users will no longer be able to manually move a monitoring event status from 'active' to 'in-arrears'. The proper workflow will have to be followed.

Live Chat
We've deployed a support 'chatbot' on the support page for our customers to utilize if they want. Please try it out and send us feedback!
Even when its 'offline' you can still submit a ticket through it.
